Mama4 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out all the terms and conditions governing the use of the mama4 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mama4 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
By registering an account, logging in to the platform, or continuing to use mama4's services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mama4 as the platform operator.
The mama4 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mama4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mama4 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential
- Not share your account information with any other party
- Notify mama4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Use a strong password that is not easy to guess
Mama4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a mama4 platform user, you agree to use all available services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Conducting financial transactions related to money laundering
- Sharing content that contains malware or malicious code
- Impersonating another user or a mama4 staff member
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
Mama4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances linked to suspicious activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mama4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed once a transaction has been completed. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification, which mama4 may require from time to time, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits.
Mama4 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms until the investigation is concluded. mama4's decision in such matters is final, subject to internal procedures.
Any applicable transaction fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a payment. Fee rates are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Mama4 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or service disruption losses caused by factors beyond our control, including technical failures, network outages, or natural disasters. In any event, mama4's maximum liability is limited to the current account balance of the affected user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mama4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of mama4. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mama4.
Third-Party Links
Where the mama4 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for your convenience only. mama4 has no control over the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, security, or quality of any services offered by those third parties.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Mama4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe these terms and conditions have been breached. Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Changes to These Terms
Mama4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
